Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: We accept credit cards (via Shopify Payments), PayPal, and AfterPay (Australian orders only).

 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Our current shipping times can be found in the header on the Home Page. Generally, most orders will ship within one to two weeks, with the exception of during peak periods. Please note that is when we will ship an item, not the time frame an order will arrive to its destination.

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Due to COVID-19, Australia Post is experiencing postage delays. Whilst this is completely out of our control, please contact us if you are concerned about your order.

 

Q: Where is my tracking number?

A: To keep postage costs low, we do not offer a tracking option with any international order. However, domestic customers can select Express Shipping at checkout and be given a tracking number once their order has shipped.

 

Q: Can I combine orders?

A: We do not combine orders. If you place separate orders, they will be shipped individually. However, any excess postage costs will be refunded to the customer.

 

Q: What if there is an error with my order?

A: Please email us at sldstickers@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Q: Do you accept custom orders?

A: We do not accept custom orders at this time. However, a simple colour change on most sheets can be arranged. Please email all inquiries prior to placing an order.

 

Q: How can I get a refund/return?

A: Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer any refunds or returns once the order has shipped.

 

Q. What sticker paper do you use?

A. We use a premium, super smooth, sticker paper. Many describe this as 'unicorn' paper!

 

Q: Are the colours exactly as pictured?

A: Please note that due to difference in monitors, colours may appear different on the screen as opposed to in person. All care has been taken to ensure accuracy where possible.

 

Q: Do you have any discount codes?

A: Any active discount codes will be displayed in the VIP Facebook group. Use the 'Get Social!' navigation button to join.
